Squash racquet reviews for all!

Posted on

Friends! I’m sorry it’s been so long. With working through the summer and school starting up, blogging hasn’t really been on my radar. But now I have news for you! I have started a new project and need your support. The major goal of this project is to reach top-10 on the google search page with the keywords ‘squash racquet review’ but it’s also being used as a pilot for a bigger project which is in the ‘conceptualization phase’. More on that another time.

For now, visit www.backcourtblog.com for all you squash racquet review and information needs. Also, I’m pretty proud of the design so have a look at that too and let me know what you think!

Tis the season for love!

Well, it’s that time of year again. The start of another semester. This semester, though, I have a new attitude. Both when it comes to school and when it comes to life.

This is the semester of work. I’ve never gone into a semester of school with a 4.0 GPA, but this is my year. I have goals and drive this year. I am, in fact, going into the semester with a 4.0 and I couldn’t be more excited to work my ass off for another 4.0 semester.

Along with school, I am working my ass off to get into shape. Okay, maybe not that intense, but so far I’ve made good progress in getting myself to a healthy state. It’s time for this to happen, not only so I can look the way I want, but for my back, ankle, and health’s sake. The past few years have been far too painful and even in the few short weeks I’ve been working to get healthy, I can honestly feel the difference. While my back and ankle have taken a beating (working out will do that to injuries), my overall health is far better. I’ve actually cut out dairy (with exception of ONE piece of cheese here and there) and those of you who know me, know that this is no east feat for me. It has been hard. But I’m determined.

On a less serious note, last week was my birthday week. While we did spoil ourselves a bit with food, we still practiced some moderation and didn’t over-do it. *pat on the back*. I was spoiled by Paul all week and the finale was nothing short of AWESOME! He got me the perfect Lululemon running jacket (seen below) and I ADORE it. Apologies in advance to those of you who have to see me regularly – I may wear it more than I should.

My new jacket

This is the beautiful jacket Paul bought me for my birthday! He's great!! 😀

I know that this probably wont excite anyone but me, but I bought the coolest gadget today! It’s a Verbatim 4GB Clip-On USB Drive. Seriously, it’s BEAUTIFUL. THIS is a true example of form meeting function. Beautiful!!

Thoughts. Just Thoughts.

It’s impossible to really know what to do in any given situation. One can really only guess and/or go with your gut. So, I’m going with my gut on this one. The only problem is that now I have this feeling… this uneasy feeling. I know that my gut is normally right so I’m trying to trust it fully this time. Wish me luck?

Regardless of the outcome, I think it’s important to trust the gut. If I have to have one, I might as well use it, right? haha
